March 24th & 25th

What's Happening at Balsam Ridge!!

Enjoy the taste of Spring in Maine!!

Activities both Saturday & Sunday...

9:00am – 2:00pm
Pancake Breakfast ($7.00 per person)
Includes pancakes, sausage or bacon, & baked beans, coffee/juice or milk (maple baked beans $1.00)

11:00am
Tree Tapping Demonstration

12:00
Hot dogs, homemade maple baked beans, drinks & chips (available to purchase).

1:00pm
Taffy on Snow

2:30pm
Candy Making Demonstration

All Day Activities:
. Observe the process of maple syrup being made.
. Self-guided tours of sugarbush.
. Snowshoe through our Christmas Tree Farm.
. Sample maple syrup over ice cream, maple coated peanuts, maple butter and maple cream (while supplies last).
. Visit Ginger a quarter horse cross-Arabian; who just loves visitors!!

Gift Shop
Visit our gift shop and bring home some of the delicious maple products available for purchase (maple cotton candy, syrup, lollipops, fudge, granola bars and more).

• Maple Syrup available for sale year-round, call ahead.
