What's Happening at Balsam Ridge!!
Enjoy the taste of Spring in Maine!!
Activities both Saturday & Sunday...
9:00am – 2:00pm
Pancake Breakfast ($7.00 per person)
Includes (all you can eat pancakes), sausage or bacon, & baked beans, coffee/juice or milk
(A portion of the proceeds from Maine Sunday's Pancake Breakfast will be donated to the Venture Crew, to support programming activities).
At noon try our steamed hot dogs in sap, homemade maple baked beans a Maine tradition.
All Day Activities:
. Observe the process of maple syrup being made.
. Self-guided tours of sugarbush.
. Sample maple syrup over ice cream, maple coated peanuts,
maple butter and maple cream (while supplies last).
. Visit Ginger a quarter horse cross-Arabian; who just loves visitors!!

Love syrup but not the crowds? We will be open March 17 & 18th as well for sales only. Remember maple syrup is available for sale year-round stop by or call ahead. School & Group Tours welcomed (FMI contact Balsam Ridge 207-655-4474)
